Global demand for professional household workers is seen to reach phenomenal proportions in the next five (5) years due to general ageing of work forces in Asia thus creating demand for home stay workers for the retiring workforces.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
To strive for excellence by providing the clients with latest
technology in communication through the Interactive
Recruitment Information Systems (IRIS), wherein services are
online and both principals and workers can have access to their
progress and status of mobilization.
To strengthen the existing labor market in the Middle East
Countries, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain,
Qatar and U.A.E. - and maintain the deployment in Taiwan, R.O.C. To instill in its workers the sense of respect and love for
work and country; to forge partnerships with schools, hospitals,
training entities which will enhance the education and training
of the workers. |
